Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden

It was a great night to cater a fundraiser for Angels in Flight, the Cheetah Program at Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden. We created and served an elegant dinner buffet for more than 600 people with an African safari theme. Although monsoon rains tried to dampen the event our guests appetites were whetted with curries, chutneys and other delicacies for a beautiful African sundowner—spectacular in its simplicity.
